Comfort Suites

This hotel was surprisingly pleasant for the price. The room was big for our family of 4. And we really appreciated the heated pool and hot tub especially after a long car ride. The fitness center had a non working treadmill, a working bike, and plenty of dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 50lbs. We had to ask for soap and shampoo at the front desk. We did feel a little warm at night in our hotel room. We tried opening up the window and turning on ac but it didn't help much. But at least it wasn't cold or unbearably hot. Breakfast is a good basic spread of cereal, eggs, sausage, toast, waffles and juice and coffee. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We stayed here on Christmas eve with checkout today Christmas day, we requested a late checkout of 12pm and had housekeeping come by 3x starting at 9am while we were trying to open gifts and get us and our 3 sons dressed and together and our luggage and presents packed up to go and were running a few minutes late my husband was grabbing the luggage and I was putting my clothes on and a man named luis from the front desk came and barged in and seen I was dressing and my husband and I both told him I was dressing, he continued to push his way in the room and say it's after 12, so at 12:15 my husband confronted him in the lobby and asked to speak with the manager at which time his manager came out and started yelling at my husband that it was after 12. Terrible customer service, couldn't even be understanding we had a little more than usual to load up being that it is Christmas Day or apologize for his employee intentionally violating my privacy. Merry Christmas Comfort Suites, thanks for the not wonderful or respectful stay this Christmas.

Overall good budget hotel for one night stay that we needed. Rooms weren't cleaned properly though. There were towels still left from before. Rooms are big. Breakfast was acceptable, eggs, bread, yogurt, waffles, etc. Bathroom was ok, one room had glass shower but no door so couldn't really use that but luckily there was a tub shower as well so that helped. Would stay again. It was not great but not too bad either.

What a dump this hole is. The night (manager) if that's what you call him is definitely two stars just like the hotel is. Clogged drains broken shower heads, bed sheets that smell like they haven't been changed in a week. Even the night (manager) / counter guy has b.o. and doesn't care for his self hygiene. He definitely doesn't gives a rats you know what about customer service. They really don't care about you or how much you spend a month to stay at its establishment. Having to ask for a new room twice because the showers weren't working the lady behind me gasped for air after his response was you only stay here ones a month. The (manager) / counter guy had to call his (manager) to let him/her know how unsatisfied I and the company i work for are. Playing victim to his boss on the phone in front of me made me laugh. Obviously this place needs to be under adult supervision and definitely needs a corse in customer service. It's sad that after 4 years of a once a month stay would end like this. I would hope that this hotel can learn and better itself by (managing) its staff better. Not always is the customer right as I've spent most of my life in customer service. By the way the (manager) / counter guy was is as disgusting as the rooms are. Do yourself a favor if you have read this go to a different hotel. Your welcome future disappointed paying customer's!!

Didn't stay here, but the person who answered the phone was a little rude. I called first and thought I called the wrong hotel (I was looking for a Comfort Inn, turns out they are under the same company). So, I called back and the phone would pick up with a ear-piercing beep. I called back a few more times and the phone continued to do a loud beep - kind of like a extreamly loud tinnitus hum, not a busy signal. When I finally got through without the weird beep the woman who answered was incredibly snarky. I tried to warn her about the beeping noise but her response was, "Didn't you call already and say you got the wrong number?" I understand it's early in the morning, but I didn't appreciate the tone.
